How to make an appointment

  • Doctors’ appointments – please call 020 3831 2750 to book an appointment
  • You will be asked for a description of your problem.

Please be ready to provide the following information:

  • Your name and date of birth
  • The reason for your request
  • If you have changed your number recently please advise the receptionist

Before making an appointment with the doctor would it be reasonable to speak to the pharmacist, NHS 111, check the NHS website or use the Ask NHS GP app?

 

GP Extended Access Service

The Extended Access Service has more appointments with GPs available in Lewisham, making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends.

Appointments are available 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Appointments must be booked in advance by the GP Surgery. Contact us to request an appointment.
