How to Request a Home Visit

Home Visits are time consuming and are intended primarily for the housebound, elderly or acutely ill who are unable to travel. It is usually possible to provide faster and superior medical care at the surgery, where all our staff and equipment are available. 

If you require urgent attention and cannot visit the practice, request a home visit before 10.00am by telephoning the Surgery on 020 3831 2750

The receptionist will ask for some details of the illness to enable the Dr to assess the urgency of the visit.
